Before you start
- Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business.
- Have a phone number ready that can receive a verification call or SMS. A number already on the WhatsApp Business app can be used, but its chat history stays on your phone.
- The whole process takes about 3 minutes.
You own everything. The account created in this step belongs to your business, not to Nexio. Alveo Global Trading F.Z.E, the company operating the Nexio brand, appears in Facebook's dialog as the technology provider, and you can revoke its access at any time. Details in our terms and privacy policy.

Your WhatsApp is now linked to Nexio.

What happens next
- Facebook opens its own window and walks you through creating (or choosing) your WhatsApp Business Account.
- Your number is verified by a code Facebook sends you.
- Nexio receives management access, confirms the connection here, and starts building your agent.
